Herbal Medicine
The use of herbal medicine especially Chinese herbal medicine has been around for thousands of years. The complicated issue today is finding herbs that are well made and reliable. Herbs are considered food substances and are composed of plant and mineral substances and occasionally animal substances.
Traditional herbal formulas usually contain from five to twenty herbs to balance the effects. Herbs can come in a variety of forms but the most convenient are in tablets, capsules and alcohol extracts.
